Based strongly on the Ford GPA, and it's Soviet counterpart.
Context: During times of potential conflict, a vehicle who could easily access land and water was requested to ease transport. It were to navigate land like a car, and water like a boat, while carrying basic supplies while at a low cost. The result is an awful car, which is also an awful boat, but a a cheap price as requested. Another upside is it's durability when it comes to handling terrain, but keep it away from the frontlines, for it's like will come to an end shortly after.

Important Information
MAXIMUM WIND CONDITIONS FOR OPERATION:
Land: 50% Wind (72km/h)
Sea: 30% Wind (43km/h)

Starting/stopping engine: "Ignition" key switch, center
Shifting gears: Seat UP/DOWN (gears displayed on gauge to the left of speed dial)

Transitioning to water:
- Turn Headlights off
- Turn Splashguard key on
- Turn Water lights on
- Once rolling into/ in water, shift to neutral ( 0 )
- Press "Boat mode" button on (bottom left)
- Shift up

Transitioning to land
- Approach land in 4th gear
- Once wheels have caught on: "Boat mode" button OFF
- Shift down to 2nd or 3rd, and accelerate using W key
- Turn Water lights off
- Turn Splashguard key off
- Turn headlights on if applicable

Fixing tips (no access panel)
- Fix engine through wheel wells
- Fix transmission via seating area
