Rotor Part - easy manual attachment

Description
Enables (experimental) build assist to directly building upon a rotor head or rotor base (stator), or suspension base with any wheel size.

Also enables the following hidden cubes to allow building with directly:
* Rotor Part
* Advanced Rotor Part
* Real Wheels (all sizes, both sides)
* Piston Top (not that you can reconnect these, yet...)

To place a different sized block, hold down shift when placing it. This allows interesting combinations such as:
* put a small rotor head onto a large rotor base.
* put a large rotor base onto a small head. (yes, reverse!)
* put a large grid wheel (1x1, 3x3 or 5x5) onto any small other **small** grid suspension.
* put a rotor head on a suspension (it does work, but you don't get the benefits of a real wheel, like traction and torque).

Note: putting wheel onto a suspension requires you to get close to the suspension with the builder cube highlighting the suspension in the red box. This usually works best from the front, but you will be pushed back when the wheel spawns.

This is one of those few mods you don't have to leave in your game world when publishing to the Steam Workshop, as the cubes remain attached in your saved game regardless.

Build hints:
If you are building two 'Rotor's facing one another like a hinge at opposite corners of a door to provide more stability, then set both Rotor Offset's to -20.0cm for a Large Rotor, and -8mm for a Small Rotor.
Also, make sure both 'Rotor's have their 0 degrees facing the same direction.
When you place the Rotor Parts, also make sure they have their 0 degrees facing the same direction.
This will prevent them from exploding when putting them all together.

i guess my potato couldn't even handle BG3 in low res hrhr. Heared a lot of good about it though.
Haven't played myself SE for maybe a year and much has changed since then, so i am preparing now a playthrough. Anyways maybe someone else with the mind for it could take over ... .

I haven't touched SE in a few years.

It probably no longer works. I haven't updated it in ages.

does this work with modded wheels?

For some reason cannot put small grid on small grid, transforms blocks to large grid variants.

Putting a large grid advanced rotor head on a small grid rotor crashes the game instantly.

I see trying to put a 5x5 wheel on a 3x3 suspension does definitely not work, no surprise there.

Wait, What?! I can truly make a Monster Truck?! Been wanting to try & make something like the 1986 Bigfoot 5(the one with the way overly sized tires) just as a joke! lol
