SV-1 Tyconda Explorer

The SV-1 Tyconda Explorer is the ideal starter ship for any would-be explorer. Designed for the civilian market, it is engineered with speed and manoeuvrability in mind, with enough life support to sustain short to medium excursions. Due to arms restrictions in the civilian sector, it boasts only one LAI DAI Mark 8 laser repeating turret for self-defence.

The weapon systems of the Tyconda use barrel clipping to give the ship decent firepower while retaining aesthetics. It does not give the ship any stats advantage in terms of heat output and power consumption to DPS ratio.
