Earth creatures aren't typically allowed to be one of the normal CC creatures, at least not ones that aren't:

-Highly evolved (you know, The Next Earth with its flying frogs, murder snails and bird people)
-Heavily modified (haven't done this yet, not sure if i ever will)
-From an alternate version of Earth (like that one thing i thought up years ago where dinosaurs never went extinct and instead continued to evolve and somehow travel to the regular earth or something and the humans and dino people observe each other's universes to see what a difference one rock can make)

This was just too hilarious to say no to, though.
