Advanced Battery Controller with Surge Protection

Description
This workshop item consists of a terminal-based battery control system that also has surge protection (if enabled). The system can charge batteries with throttle-down rates, surge protection to automatically turn on batteries when needed and absorb power by charging when too much voltage is detected. It also provides more manual control by allowing the user to enable/disable the array, set battery charge rates, and set battery desired charge level.

Included are two info screens with relevant details about the power and battery network.

The workshop contains both the submarine file with advanced instructions and the item assembly which is compacted and ready to install in your submarine!

Big shout out to reddit user "IcyNote_A" for their massive help in helping me wrap my head around this stuff!

@Timelancer Stealth I recently posted a submarine for which I wired what you're describing. I can try to upload just the battery controller if you're interested. The controller protects against surges and undervoltages, and during idle it charges at 30% until it reaches 70% charge and then it stops. I've done a lot of testing and it works quite smoothly.

@zuff Beautiful wiring, but is there a version that only has the surge protection circuit? I'm trying my best to piece through your thorough your wiring, but I don't need the terminal or really most of this circut, just not entriely sure which signal checks I can just run without all the extra stuff. Trying to rebuild in campaign

@zuff I am using your assembly in my Subs, I'll put a link to your amazing work in the description.

you are insane, this is fantastic. I have been trying to do something similar but never got to an even comparable level of sophistication. Thanks a lot :)

How did you get it from a .sub to a .xml file? I made an item assembly and want it to show in my items tab while building a sub. Did you write it yourself or extract it somehow from the build itself?

@Zuff, hi! Thanks for such a tremendous work on the terminal logic and battery array control.

I would like to use your creation on my sub which i will post in a workshop, so i`d like to ask for your permission officially.

File Hash error when trying to add the mod to my active mod list in game. It won't let me apply and load it in the editor

This looks an awesome design, but the workshop package has errors, can you fix this? Or is this on my end only?
