Hello! This is my Replica of the Fokker Dr.I "Dreidecker"
(Note : i did my best effort to get it close to the real thing as possible however some stuff is going to be slightly off.)

::: H i s t o r y :::
The Fokker Dr.i was a Single-seat Triplane fighter which had the distinction of being flown by the highest ranked german ace in ww1. Being introduced in late 1917 the dr.i was produced in relatively low numbers but was extremely successful. The Allied pilots during WWI had all agreed that nothing they had could out-turn the Dreidecker. The Dr.i was phased out of active service in the summer of 1918 not because of it being outclassed by other fighters but it became too slow. In Vizefeldwebel Franz Hemer of Jasta 6 words, "The triplane was my favorite fighting machine because it had such wonderful flying qualities. I could let myself stunt – looping and rolling – and could avoid an enemy by diving with perfect safety. The triplane had to be given up because although it was very maneuverable, it was no longer fast enough."
