List of changes:

Decisions to get alerts about Legendary/Master Inspirations around (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2767613125 mod)
Inspired person nearly always can be invited to the court (why not? I need artifact, they want to make it)
Increased duration decay reduction made by court antiquarian (20% - 100% instead of 7% - 35%)

Could be compatibility problem with other mods

When I invited someone with inspiration, their modifier was Inspiration -50. Is this a bug？
