[GODDESS OF VICTORY : NIKKE] Weapons sounds and extras

Description
Rapi assault rifle sounds for the M16, some modifications were required to fit the length of some of the sounds to replace and additional mix to fit and not fall flat in some instances.

Works with custom animations and models as long the model and animation does not include custom sounds,else addon conflict might occur.

Sounds replaced: Firing sound, firing sound with the incendiary ammo upgrade(mix and slightly modification) and some of the reloading sounds.

NOTE: Sounds now reworked(timing adjustment) and fixed(pitch of the sounds were a bit off).

Sure, if you have anything specific feel free to comment, i try to find any weapon sound that can fit properly in any of the weapons in the game.

Hopefully someone will make a model replacement addon, for now i just added the weapon sounds because some weapons in NIKKE have good sounds and there were no addons related to that in the workshop.
