Description

There're some abilities that you can access in custom battle ,but cannot in campaign. Unreasonable.
Now with this mod, they all retake what they deserve.

***Available for 4.0***

Dwarf - Master Engineer - Extra powder —— at Zhufbar 42-pounders
Hign Elf - Handmaiden - Quicksilver Shot —— at Shield of Avelorn
Skaven - Master Assassin - The Looming Dread —— at Stab in the back
Skaven - Master Assassin - Concealment Bombs —— at Concealment Bombs . Why it affects troops but not lord himself?

They learn them a bit late so wont be OP.

If any other lords / heroes have similiar problem then you can tell me.
