Large thrusters are are more powerful and dangerous

This simple mod makes exhaust of both vanilla big thrusters longer and thus more dangerous. It also bumps up both large ship thrusters' TWR to a more reasonable level (at cost of drastically higher power requirements, both working and idle).

The large ship engines now have the following stats:
* a small thruster requires 4.2 MW and outputs 1.5 MN,
* a large thruster takes 50.4 MW and produces 18 MN,
* all engines except smal ship small thruster now have idle power usage of 10 %.

Edit 21 apr 2015: Changed thrust and power usage to be consistent across the board (a large thruster takes as much power and produces as much thrust as 12 small, a large ship small thruster occupies the same volume and performs as 125 smal ship small ones). Also increased idle power usage to give players incentive to turn thrusters off when not needed.
