Teeny tiny retexture to make an enemy from two mods I like look good together

WITH THE NEWEST IRF UPDATE:
Flaming gapers have had a texture update, which appears to bring them more in line with other resprited enemies. This mod is no longer really needed, but I may update it to recreate the old flaming gaper texture with more of the "unburned skin" texture than the new one.

Credit goes to both of these mods for their textures, I just did some minor edits to combine them.

Might add more enemies from different retextures in the future.
