Ashland LMV Mk.1

The Ashland dropship is a military transport specialized for carrying tall, oddly shaped HVs. Four such craft fit easily into the four bays of its spacious hangar. With a few steel walkway panels, these bays can be easily converted into double decker hangars for conventional HVs and SVs.

For defense, the Ashland carries a dozen cannon turrets and eight sentry guns. The Ashland's hull is mostly steel with sathium reinforcement around the machinery areas, so it depends on its shield for survivability. 1.6 million VUs of storage two advanced constructors, and a full set of crew support equipment will sustain a detached strike force for quite some time.

A good choice for raiders, pirates, mercenary lances, an other opportunists in need of a ride for their faster moving and heavier hitting small craft.
