Description
Removes complexion modifiers from the beauty traits and ugly traits, as well as editing the faded eyebrow modifiers for the albino trait. In practice this means that beauty traits no longer lock you to the one beauty complexion. Albino characters also have more visible eyebrows now.

Heads up: Apparently the way modifiers apply makes it so that eyebrow colour and hair colour don't match if you change the hair colour. I guess that's why Paradox used faded eyebrows as a kind of bandaid.

Anyways, I'm going to have to bring back the faded eyebrows, but since I still want them to be somewhat visible, I'll change the fade value from 0.3 to 0.6 and see if maybe that's good enough.

If you for some reason still want no fade at all, I can upload that by itself, just ask.
