Masterworks of Vaul's Anvil Special Ammo Bag Submod

Description
Masterworks of Vaul's Anvil includes an upgrade definition called the Special Ammo Bag but the upgrade is never used in the mod. I wanted to have it available for certain RORs + Sisters in my campaign so I figured since I made the mod I might as well publish it. =)
