Description
Adds emoticons from the cy.tube streams for use with Easy Chat (no animated emotes unfortunately).

Also includes ported emotes from the Hatschat2 MLP icon pack {LINK} as well as custom emotes specifically for the /mlp/ Gmares server.


Suggested formatting for chat:

:emote: (eg: :numget:)
<emote=name,size,provider> (eg: <emote=sunbeam,32,rewatch>)

providers: gmares, hatschat, rewatch, custom
