Men at Arms Contracts (finally updated)

Description
Takes different levels of contracts (feudal, clan, administrative) and adds in MAA cap/limit modifiers so that they can also kinda simulate the centralization of medieval states at the cost of a vassal's autonomy.

This basically models how centralization of medieval states allowed for greater allowances of power at the head of the
state, through professional armies of the later periods, at the cost of the power of the local princes/dukes. In contrast, the feudal stations allocated a lot of power in the hands of the local counts in favor of the king

Hey can you make a mod that makes us able to merge man at arms ? We can't at the moment. If you inherit a title from vasals and if they have man at arms same type as yours you should be able to merge them but you can't.

For some reason 5th lvl of levy contribution (Massive) doesn't count as negative change. Because of this vassals agree to give more soldiers without hook / compensation / tyrrany gain. Other lvl of levy contracts works fine.
