Nice mod.
I found a few bugs:
First with the order of attacks.
The, Illithid Master, Illithid Snake and the Illithid Overlord all have melee attacks in front of their spell weapons. (Don't know why mind blast is a melee weapon in your mod). This means they don't actually use their spells in combat.
Second, the Illithid Overlord isn't actually accessible. The Illithid Master is recruited at ritual level 3. Also the mastery command points to one unit down, which is the Slave Troglodyte. If you want the Illithid Master to promote to the Illithid Overlord you should change the power to 2, and the mastery to 16. If it's just a leftover code, that's ok.
Third, you can't summon Illithid Cyclops as there is a mistake in the ritual text. It should be "1d2*Illithid Cyclops", but it's "1d2Illithid Cyclops". The '*' is missing, causing the unit to never be summoned.
