An updated version of my previous STS design.

Updates include:
- Robotic arm for all cargo manipulation needs. (WARNING: prone to wobble!)
- FreeIVA compatible interior, complete with IVA exit hatch and docking port.
- Reworked action groups.
- Additional decorative emblems and logos.
- Two larger SRBs.
- KSRSS compatible.
