Description

Makes all positive paragon ruler traits from the "Under One Rule" origin cost 0 points, because our glorious golden god is multitalented. New change: traits now not locked to specific ethic.

Hey there - I've been a big fan of this mod when I've played under one rule, but now it seems like it may be broken. All of the traits do have a cost again
