3rd floor - 40 pallets as buffer
4th floor - reserve e.g. for production of cell phones or consoles (with possibility of connection to the conveyor belts)
5th floor - distribution to the 15 helipads
Works for me so far without congestion. I have removed solar cells on the roof to create more landing pads. I do not know yet the rules when or how often is picked up by the helicopter.
