Hovercraft based on the SABVABAA - a vehicle designed to allow for operations in the arctic ocean without the presence of an expensive and, for many objectives unnecessary icebreaker.

yeah. it doesnt work sadly.

Won't move. Height lever works, but no matter where I put the thrust lever, it won't move.
