Free Respec Mod

Description
This mod allows for free respecs by reducing the costs of the Self-Help Book to 0.
It also increases the Self-Help Book stack size to 100, which allows for consecutive respecs without resetting the vendor.

Requirements:
- Your game must be at least on version 1.003b. There was a bug which prevented this type of mod shortly after the 1.0 release.
- Enable the mod in the "mods" menu on the main screen

@aaargh You do not need to start a new game for this! Make sure you have at least game version 1.003b and enable the mod in the "mods" menu. The general vendor (the one that sells potions) will have the discounted book available.
