Minor functional content

Really interested in this mod, but please don't forget Cornwall/Kernow/Cernue and Cumbria/Strathclyde/Rheged.

Following for when this is ready. I pretty much only play Wales (sometimes I'll play Kyiv) so certainly interested in seeing where this goes.
