Description
Adds the Civil War songs soundtrack from the old Vic2 DLC to the music player.
If you just wanted to add the Vic2 Civil War songs to Vic3, this is the mod for you.

Latest version of the mod is built in the Vic3 FMOD banks format & tested to make sure music properly quietens during specific moments, e.g., when events are opened, instead of awkwardly playing over the event music.

Mod has been updated to have the audio in the FMOD banks format that Vic3 uses, so now the music won't awkwardly play when it's supposed to become quiet, such as when events open.

I don't think Vic3 has a weighted shuffle feature to begin with, but I could be wrong.

In either case, this mod makes no attempt at weighting songs; it's just a very simple mod that adds the tracks.

Does this MOD have the Weighted Shuffle system in it? Like will it play songs more often when having a civil war or depending on a geographical location of the player? Songs themself are quite specific, so it would be nice to have them pop up at the opportune times.
