Mercer: Hello Barnaby
Barnaby: Mercer, Who would've thought that one day a man like you would becoming a High Ranking Officer of Civil Protection...
Mercer: Why Barnes? Why did you do this? Why did you betrayed the law and become a vigilante? We could've been comrades again
You: Vigilante? He attacked the whole City with his drones! He's no "Freedom Fighter" He's a fraud!
Baranaby: Kid those drones i deployed are just made to create fear so innocent lives could stay away, Didn't mean it literally. As for the leader of the Hillbills, Let's just say i don't want any coke addicts on my team
You: And what about the dead body in the Hotel? She seemed to be an innocent woman
Barnaby: I didn't kill the girl in the hotel. She was already dead as soon as i sent my drones to investigate. In fact she was one of my allies. At first, she wanted to learn more about me, After that she became a dedicated asset. But If you really want to know the truth than come to the sewers and look for the Lambda symbol, I expect to be free after this. But even if you do, You wouldn't understand anything
Mercer: Ok, I think that's all we need. Well if he says that there's more in the sewers then we'd better check out.
You: What if its a trap?
Mercer: Then we best prepare before we move. Grab some supplies in the armory, heal and craft some armor before we move out. Best we watch our backs as well
Objective: Reach the sewers

Clyde: Don't move! Hold it right there!
Rebel: ♥♥♥♥! How did they find us?! They got passed our guards
Mercer: So this must be the Lambda Rebellion huh? By the authority of New York City 2 Department of Civil Protection, You are all under arrest, Hands where i can see them
Rebel: Colonel, What do we do?
Colonel: Stand down, I can handle this
Mercer: The leader i presume?
Colonel: Yes indeed, I am the Colonel. Leader of the Lambda Rebellion. It is my duty to lead the resistance to free New York City 2 once and for all. I assume you found us beacuse of Barnaby, Correct?
Clyde: Yeah, He told us alright, And he's gonna become be reprocessed into Antlion grub if you don't listen to us anytime soon.
Colonel: Very well, But before you do arrest i must ask you, Have you always wondered why your Administrator has gotten more authoritarian recently throughout the years? How he has become more controlling of the resources? How he has turned basic standard human rights into a privilege? And most of all starting to talk strange? He once promised us to bring a better future only to have those promises broken once he is Admin. You see the truth of this is that he was investing and funding a Top Secret Project known as Project Overwatch but this is only the first phase since it began. And you Civil Protection forces are a part of it
Mercer: Project Overwatch? But i thought that proposal rejected by the President and the last administrations!
Colonel: Not quite, Ideas are immortal. Even if such idea is never made in the first place someone is bound to create one anytime soon
You: Sir, What the hell is Project Overwatch?
Mercer: Project Overwatch is a law that dictates, moderates and controls a citizens actions, performance in a 24/7 hour basis. Should the citizen perform poorly they will be dealt with severe punishment and re-education to ensure a perfect imageof a true citizen. Regardless if they are Guilty, Innocent, Young, Mature, High Class or lower class. Certain behaviors are not to be tolerated. Should they keep failing to reach the expected result, Expect an execution on sight
You: A Social Credit score but even worse...
Mercer: I had high hopes and optimism for the Admin at first but hearing all this...Damn, I should've opened my eyes sooner! What did i get myself into
Colonel: It's not too late to turn back. With Barnaby still in your custody there is still a chance for an alliance, With the four of you Policemen on our side, I have a good feeling chances of victory won't be as slim as it is
Rebel: Colonel! We've got company!
You:Damn, We've been followed!
