Description

This livery is based on 20797 (PN07 NTV) from PrestonBus, one of few Optare Solos still operated by Preston Bus.

The Preston Bus livery was updated in 2020, I can only speculate this was done more closer resemble Diamond's Brighter Diamond livery. As it's quite common PrestonBus and Diamond North West chop and change buses.
