Worker Cooperative Investment

Description
When the Cooperative Ownership law is passed, Engineers and Machinists will now also contribute 5% of their dividends to the investment pool. They also receive a 25% investment efficiency bonus just like farmers and shopkeepers do. Postal Savings technology now also improves Engineer's and Machinist's investment efficiency.

I've updated the mod today. Was just missing the modifier definitions.

i think the mod is broken for updates post 1.7.1, at least the game won't launch it, are you working on a fix?

It should still work, since as far as I know those innovations weren't modified by the latest patch.

If they don't work in your tests, I will update the mod after the next update which is Sphere of Infulence, so keep an eye out until then.
