Ocean minibiomes for vanilla planets (with fishing)

Description
Adds a shallow ocean biome to most vanilla planets. Desert and wasteland planets might have a oil ocean, alien planets toxic oceans, and volcanic planets lava oceans. This not only makes boats and other alternative modded vehicles more useful for exploration, but allows you to get fish on most vanilla planets!

Of course, this mod has its own problems, since the game isnt made for this kind of feature, and might result in:
- Floating islands containing dungeons in the middle of the oceans.
- Microdungeons in those oceans spawn incorrectly, so I had to make copies of them and edit them to try and make them detect water level. Seemingly, while it should be posible, it doesnt seem to work, so you will probably not see any.
- There seems to be a mismatch between terrain and biome blocks, so terrain features (coral, sand ground) will be a bit to the left of where the terrain starts, causing a bit of the normal planet terrain to be underwater(things like trees) and some ocean features like coral being a bit over the ground. I tried minimizing this problem, but I cant fix it since it seems to be a engine issue. I tried fixing this by reducing the size of biome transitions which results in cliffs and by lowering the beach biomes a few blocks down.

@Raiizy I wish it was posible, but from what I know there is no such thing as "transition biomes" in starbound, and even if there were, they'd be as big as other biomes, imagine a beach as big of the ocean on each side of it. I tried adding beaches with terrain, but terrain files dont seem to detect biome borders, and as I said, terrain and block/object type transitions are mismatched, so it in the versions that had slopes going down instead of cliffs there were many trees underwater on one side, and on the other kelp above water level. I also thought of doing it by dungeons with water level detection, but dungeons with those parameters either ignore them or just dont spawn if placed as microdungeons. If you know a fix, please do let me know tho lmao.

@TarXor it is indeed not on every planet, but it does a chance to spawn on all vanilla planets (except moons). You will have a harder time finding oceans in planets with lots of potential subbiomes, mainly in modded. In fact, I had a hard time finding planets with oceans while testing this mods since I play heavily modded.

It would be nice to have some chance of an ocean, so that it is not on every planet, but only on a few. This means more variety, which we love so much.
