This is a crispy high quality Boreal theme using 8k textures.

Fertility, water, pollution colour tweaks and atmosphere tweaks.

FYI. I can only recommend vanilla LUTs or Satellite LUT as I have not tested others. I adjusted the exposure of the theme to look good with Satellite LUT, so I suggest using that. Others may appear too bright.

It is early days, so maybe some updates are to be expected. Any feedback would be appreciated.

The file size is large but steam will compress it to about a quarter of the size for downloading.
