Description
Sullen Skies tweaks the cloud and overcast systems for Novogorsk.

Darker, more turbulent clouds.
Lowers base cloud significantly.
No cloudless skies.

Environmental soundscape from Livonia.

Ambient Birds: Adds crows, kestrels, eagles to the ambient system.

Autumn Leaves: Wind affected leaves, grasses and pollen.

Server key included.

Thanks to swurvin for creating an authentic provence of Chernarus.

I don't have DLC Contact purchased. When SK for Novogorsk is active it says I need to purchase Contact.

Do you own Contact DLC?....
I believe ownership of Contact is required to run without issues but other commentators disagree.
This mod because of it configuration inherits map data properties from Livonia, which is still premium content which is why I think Contact ownership is required it.

With regards to your question, a similar question was posed to swurvin who made the terrain and he insists Contact isn't a requirement to run Novogorsk, I would assume this mod should be similar in that regard.
I can't answer with 100% certainty as I own the Contact DLC myself.

Big fan of all your mods! With Sullen for Novogorsk activated, Contact is required for purchase to load Novogorsk in Eden?
