Much Cleaner Sound Replacement for the M3A1 Submachine Gun

Changes include:

- Modified firing sounds, including distant variants
- Modified reload foley (magazine replacement and chambering)
- SOG variant included

Eventually, current issue is that most mods don't work on servers, not to mention they may change stuff in the future since the game is still in development.

why dont you improve all gun sounds?

they sound very bland compared to what the workshop can offer
