I also have the same issue as the person below. Pawns won't butcher anything and random pawns seem to be receiving the "Space Marine Armor" .

It's also adding the "Space Marine armor" hediff to any and all pawns, even baseliners

Seems to be preventing butchering, here's part of the log

There's a bug. The preomnor hediff is treated like a disease and is healed by organ-regenerating genes, eventually. It just vanishes utterly.

Can you explain how to make more astartes? The progenoid gland description suggests a marine has to die, you get the gland, and then you implant that into someone new?
