Decoupled Suspension Model 4

First prototype for a design where all shocks are slider and midpoint mounted on the same part, being a central limiter in this case. The main issue is that to control things like pitch and heave, all the force has to go through the roll before it reaches the wheels, diluting the force and making things a little floppy. It's not truly decoupled at all.
