Pittsburgh FD - Chevy Tahoe Battalion Chief

Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire is the official fire agency operating in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with over 670 employees, serving around 38 neighborhoods. Bureau acquired these Tahoes as the battalion chief vehicle a few years ago, sporting a mainly white livery unlike their fire trucks.

Chevrolet Tahoe SSV (Special Service Vehicle) is a package Chevrolet offers in their fleet, mainly for heavy duty uses in rough terrain and of course rescue. This version is 4WD, unlike the PPV package (Police Pursuit Vehicle) which is a rear-wheel drive version with lower ride height.
