Clean Default Infected HUD

This removes the splatters on the Infected team HUD, some parts of the texture needs a bit of tweak, but I think it's good enough for now.

Yes, I don't want to bother my friends to get the preview, so I use a modded server instead.

I am aware that you cannot use add-ons in versus, so here's some way that you can bypass it.


1. If you want to play versus on your own server, either be single player or local server, you can follow this guide here. Make sure to have your sv_consistency set to 0 as well using the console, autoexec.cfg, or an add-on that sets it.

2. If you want to play versus on official servers or other servers where add-ons is disabled, you can use a method where most people called it the Funreal or gameinfo way, keep in mind that it only works on servers that doesn't check consistency for gameinfo.txt

Some servers that don't work for example, Zonemod, CedaPug, etc. Some that works are Official Valve Servers, Lewd4Dead (Don't play on that server by the way, I heard that it steals your IP information but I am not sure.).

Here are some ways to do it, there's actually more if you look it up.

• Guide by MrFunreal, you don't actually need python for this one, just follow the first step.

3. If you want to play on all servers (probably), perhaps only modders would understand, you have to modify the pak01_dir.vpk in the update folder which is OBVIOUSLY NOT USER FRIENDLY AND YOU NEED TO MAKE A BACKUP FOR IT.

But, a person found that there are extra 2 folders (with no pak01_dir.vpk) that get executed after the update folder which is not written in gameinfo.txt, I found his/her guide about installing a type of add-on without modifying gameinfo.txt where almost noone sees it, I tested it with other types of add-on and they surprisingly work on consistency checking servers, I won't share the method and the guide here since it's going to break competitive servers a lot.
