Distinct Faction Towers - Damned Nations Submod

Description
Simple submod to ensure compatibility between Duke's Damned Nations and All is Dusts Distinct Faction Towers mod.
Changes the HP of the new towers to 15k as per Damned Nation's standard.

Without this submod you would either get vanilla wooden towers or the new looking towers with vanilla stats.
