If you are asking how to use the character, it's in the game’s spawn menu under the Addons section, accessible by pressing Q. To locate the model from the linked Steam Workshop item in Garry's Mod, first, subscribe to the Workshop item to download the addon. Then, navigate to the addons folder in your Garry's Mod directory, typically found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons. Inside, you'll find subfolders named after Workshop IDs, this addon's ID is 2981062357. Open the corresponding folder and you will see a .pak file. Open it with GCFScape and you'll find the model.
