I didn't like how the psionic barrier and shield descriptions make it sound like they are purely psionic creations, yet have alloy and energy build/upkeep costs.

I made this so that they now only cost Zro.

I had to do the costs manually, so if they feel unbalanced please let me know.

I also made it so that barriers can upgrade to shields.

I've made it so precognitive interfaces and the psi jump drive have a portion of their energy cost and alloy cost exchanged for zro, as well as making sapient combat computers upgrade to precog automatically.

I haven't tested this with 3.8, if it works let me know and I'll update the version.

This mod overwrites:
Stellaris/common/component_templates/00_utilities_shields.txt
Stellaris/common/component_templates/00_utilities_drives.txt
Stellaris/common/component_templates/00_utilities_roles.txt
other mods that do the same may be incompatible.
