European promenade

The modpack includes sectional elements for assembling a 2-level promenade/embankment with stairs: straight lengths of 10 and 50 m, turns in and out, two sections with stairs, a dead end — and 1 separate stairway for slopes. All elements without collision, with center on the top point. To place them, it is necessary to set the general level by leveling the ground along the upper border of the promenade. For perfect bonding of the sections, the level must be exactly equal. Once placed, the ground in and around the structure can be adjusted using the terrain editor.


The separate stairway let citizens to pass through. Sadly, I failed to configure waypoints for sectional elements, so by default they are decorative. With a special desire, the visualization of citizens is still feasible! but labor intensive. To do this, it is necessary to build a promenade over the footpaths. They should be laid approximately along the necessary routes for the movement of people. This is done in the following way:

1. set the base level of the promenade
   
2. install one short section
   
3. level the ground to the upper and lower levels of this section
   
4. use resulting levels to level the ground along the entire promenade
   
5. create a smooth height difference on the site of the planned stairs
   
6. demolish this section and lay desirable footpaths
   
7. set the sections as required (visually, paths will disappear)
   
8. return the ground with terrain editor (paths will keep their height)
