Versus++

Description
How to play?
Just create a local server on Versus mode. This modifies the base mode and is not a separate mutation.

THIS WILL ONLY WORK ON A LOCAL SERVER!!!
ENABLE ADDONS IN VERSUS IN YOUR ADDONCONFIG.CFG FOR THIS TO WORK!


Game Tweaks
• Tank max movement slowdown from being shot has been reduced.
• Wandering Witch aggro time reduce from 10s → 7s.
• Increased Witch damage to downed survivors from 15 → 20.
• Game instructor message now appears when the Tank spawns.
• Improved stuckwarp failsafe mechanic
• Molotovs will now explode after 2s if they are too far from the ground.
• Survivors who are killed while hanging from a ledge can no longer be defibbed.
• Survivors who die from a high fall can no longer be defibbed.

Weapon Tweaks
• SG552 range modifier has been increase from 0.97 to 0.98.
• MP5 cycle time has been decreased from 0.075 → 0.0725.
• Uzi range modifier has been increase from 0.84 to 0.89.

Scoring Tweaks
• Tiebreaker bonus will now scale based on the map number.
• Distance points to bonus points ratio should be consistent across campaigns.
• Distance scoring scaling has been changed. Long campaigns (4/5) still increase by 100 pts per map, but short campaigns (2/3) increase by 200 pts per map.

Map Tweaks
• Adjusted the c2m4 gauntlet event.
• Adjusted the c10m4 gauntlet event.
• Adjusted the c11m4 gauntlet event.
• Adjusted the c12m4 gauntlet event.
• Adjusted the c14m1 event.

It shouldn't conflict with most mods to my knowledge? If the mod changes some of the event scripts it might override the ones in this.

That's not really what I have in mind for this mod. My intention is to improve things without removing anything from the game, and primarily treat it as vanilla with QOL improvements.

There's definitely balance issues with T2 weapons and I've limited myself somewhat on what I can do to address the issue. However by no means do I think it's an impossible task to balance things while keeping it fun.

Can you only remain the shotgun and the machine gun?(delete other guns) ,like the Versus mode that's popular right now

One shot to the hunter's body with the awp might be a bit too overpowered. That's all I'm saying.

Removing the AWP's ability to one shot the Smoker/Hunter I think might remove some of the fun of it no? It's meant to behave more like a T3 weapon in this which is why I made it powerful but have very limited ammo. I've not figured out a way to prevent the reserve ammo from being refillable yet.

Would of been better for the awp to do 230 damage, keep the 20 clip size but change the reserve ammo to 50 instead of 20.
