The skyboxes look bad on my monitor (4k). Am I doing something wrong or they just small for 4k resolution?

Greetings! Does the skybox-only version include the feature for star/positional skyboxes like in IBU?

Just came back to the game after a year and wanted to run this mod. Something's not right. Everything is upgraded, latest version everything, but the skyboxes show up really pixelated. If I disable the mod, skyboxes look fine, but they're boring vanilla.
