This type of small two-story house was popular after the second world war. They were characterized by their cube shape, a protruding porch and a half story second floor where the roof is partly the wall.

The house has functional doors and lights but it is still quite multiplayer friendly. The house has two bedrooms, one main bedroom and one smaller bedroom. The basement has a door but it is inaccessible. This house is also fictionally been renovated in the 2000s to have a nice old style exterior but a modern interior.
