Description
Civilization: Euchterrasil
+10% tech value for all cities, and an additional +20% tech value for capitals.
Cities with Happiness as Happy receive an additional +5% tech value. Cities with Happiness as Ecstasy receive double bonus.
Within your territory, enemy spy level is reduced by 1 level, and if the city is fully powered by another 1 level.

Leader: or guard Juya
Your city's electricity must be increased with the progress of the times and technology. When the city is fully powered, the output of each area gains; however, when it is underpowered, it gains a decrease. Your renewable energy generation facilities gain additional output.
When you capture or kill an enemy spy, the civilization gains 150 technology points and 50 culture points for each level of enemy spy enhancement.

Civilization: Nidhogg
+10% tech value for all cities, with a double bonus during war.
+2 tech value to strategic resources after improvements.
Your spy level is increased by 1 level in offensive actions.

Leader: or Shoujounai
Your city's power requirements increase with the times and technological progress. When the city is fully powered, each area gains output; however, it gains a decrease when power is insufficient. Your industrial area power generation buildings gain additional output.
On a successful offensive spy mission, you gain 50% of the technology and culture values gained by the target city during that turn.

Featured Area: Otherworldly Observatory
Or guard a special science development area. Replaces the Academy area and is cheaper to build.
Adjacent refineries provide a +2 tech bonus; +1 tech bonus for every 2 adjacent area cells.

Featured Building: Otherworldly Transuranic Power Plant
This industrial zone produces a tech value equal to the productivity adjacency bonus.
Automatically converts any amount of transuranium into electricity and powers cities within 6 cells at a rate of: 1 point of transuranium => 16 points of electricity.
No CO2 to the atmosphere. Its productivity and technology value bonuses extend to all city centers within 6 cells that do not receive the power plant building bonus.

Featured Improvement Facility: Otherworldly Refinery
+2 Productivity. +2 productivity for each adjacent strategic resource.
Double the output of improved strategic resources in cities within three cells (this effect is not stackable).
Limit one per city to be built.

Featured Building: Otherworldly Research Center
The host city grants an Otherworldly Phantom.
All units receive life restoration upon completion of construction. +10% R&D speed for items related to scientific victory.

Featured Unit: Otherworldly Phantom
A special military unit. Obtained upon completion of the Otherworldly Research Center.
Retreats to the Otherworldly Research Center with 1 life point when killed.
Has a unique enhancement tree. Can move and fight in water, and is resistant to large scale swamp weapons.

Featured unit: Otherworldly builder/otherworldly invader
Featured builder. Can build civilian and military cell improvement facilities.
Can use build times to accelerate the progress of colleges, space centers, and libraries, universities, and research labs.

Featured Unit: Otherworldly Pathfinder / Otherworldly Colonist
Featured Pathfinder. Can create new cities. When completed, the city's population is reduced by 1. The explored city gains several otherworldly builders.

Featured Unit: Otherworldly Infiltrator
Featured spy. Has a unique enhancement tree.

Featured unit: Otherworldly Infantry / Otherworldly Machine Gun / Otherworldly Tank
Featured military unit. Gain enhancements when operating with Otherworldly Phantoms.

玩的时候几个注意点:1.超能波毁灭奇观要轰炸机才能放,导弹发射井不可以。2.纳米核心虽然能兵营上山,但是如果本城市最后一个建造的军营在山上则出的兵和工程师都会被山吞掉,平地新建一个军营可以解决这个问题。3.异界刽子手奇观可以和将军刽子手奇观mod共存。4.纳米核心不会涨价,可以造军营长城阻挡对面进攻路线。(被超模爱莉希雅跨时代暴打发现的,起了将军刽子手后一堆超级要塞和VX就杀过来了,我猛造军营硬拖回合,追科技出异界坦克和VX,拼尽全力依然无法战胜:demoneye::demoneye:
