Legacy Rework -继承返工

This mod was made due to how the scaling works in the game. With the old system, you would start with a high level character the more you increased your legacy. Which to me lessens the fun of leveling because you just start will all skills at the start. Also the more increased legacy, the slower you leveled which could make things a bit tedious.

This mod separates the difficulty increase and the level cap increase. You can increase one without the other now. I have also decreased the cost of certain items and certain items now scale with your legacy. The mod is meant to be balanced, while providing a challenge.

Max party size is 17, which can be achieved with legacy points.

Experience gain increased by 15%. Max level cap increased by 20. Solider Gems increase level. No Gem requirements. Added New Talents that increase army EXP and Party EXP.

Recommended start setting: Initial Level 2. Normal 5.
