Valo City Stuff - Generated Club Cars

Description
*Requires "Valo City Stuff"
*Requires "GameLogic Stuff" for sorted cars + same cars at day and night.

Generated club cars, sorted by game's predefined QM times*.

* calculating QM time option is available in the script
->GameLogic.java, search for: calculate QM time

WARNING!
Generated cars were disabled for a reason, more chances for car mods to crash the game.
Cars are generated when creating new career and are saved in that career.
(So the game will crash when removing mods or disabling dlc and using old career.)
-> Fixed in Update 3b: If a car can't be generated, default club car will be used. Note: this won't avoid problems with badly scripted car mods.
