Armor Patch for Rimnauts 2 (Universum)

Description
Eva armor patch for Rimnauts 2.

Adds Rimnauts 2(Universum) EVA functionality to power armors from Core and Vanilla Armour Expanded.
Also adds additional insultation so they don't freeze to death.

I've also patched Warcaskets and Cryoarmor.
