Description
Short Description
AAF forces are retreating across the open and air superiority is yours. Your squadron is tasked to descend on a convoy of mostly lightly armored vehicles with the A-164 Wipeout.

Features
  • A lot of moving targets to shoot
  • Act quick, as targets may escape
  • Randomness in the composition of the convoy
  • AA on the border of the area of operation to make things not too easy
  • Evaluation in the debriefing on how many escaped and on the cost of used ammunition

Ingame Briefing
Situation
NATO troops are continuing their advance towards Paros. Your squadron, the 46th Fighter Squadron 'Icebreakers', is stationed at Altis International Airport with you and your team lead assigned to harass an enemy convoy heading for Molos. A recon team, callsign
"Vagabond" has eyes on the road leading out of Paros and will inform HQ, when the convoy heads out.
AAF forces in company strength are retreating unordered and by whatever means of transport they can get, ranging from civilian vehicles to APCs. They are heading for the
city of Molos across the highway, possibly to reform a defensive line. AAF has established an AA defense behind the line of their retreat.

Author’s Notes
Mission length is about 20 minutes
OP weapon: HE Shrieker against soft targets
Alternative ending: If you get too damaged you can attempt an emergency landing at Altis International. If you get heavily damaged you can land anywhere instead of ejecting

Great mission! It's creative that the mission starts when the player starts the engine. The mission makes me feel like I'm cooperating with the leader. Nice work!

Yeah, Arma converts large numbers to scientific, it's 2.1 million though ^^

It's fixed indeed ! Now the cost of munition was 2.11195e+006$, that's a strange number, otherwise all perfect, tested with eject/damaged/normal landing. Congrats !

But that's just feedback, it's a great mission anyway, love the replayability, so I can learn this crate, still struggling with Situation Awareness, but I'll get there !

I have the statistics from the map menu, even if mission doesn't end (that's where I check my stats usually, after the end). But I miss thei feature you mention: "Evaluation in the debriefing on how many escaped and on the cost of used ammunition"
