Cheap Flagstone

Description
Made because Better Flagstone disappeared from the workshop.

Changes the value of flagstone to 4.08, the work to 5 seconds, and reduces the amount required to 2.

Thanks to Bradson for XML help.

@Wicked i don't remember, but according to the wiki it was: value=5.5, worktime=8.33, and resources=4
