Chaotic World Options

Description
If you like the feeling of your balls being squished inside a vise then this mod is for you! Chaotic World Options is a mod that adds a lot of features that change how the world is created at the start of the game. There are also chaotic events that can happen which can make a typical playthrough more chaotic. Each feature can be toggled on or off through the game rules.

Features:
- Chaotic Events that can range from beneficial to completely catastrophic
- Randomize development level and county control based on De Jure titles
- Randomize culture eras
- Randomize general and regional innovations
- Randomize traditions
- Randomize starting territories
- Randomize starting ruler’s traits, primary skills, gold, prestige, piety, and renown

TAKE NOTE: The features of this mod are only available through the game rules and they are set to not change the game as a default. This means that a new playthrough is needed to select the rules you want to use.

Also, current localization will most likely have inaccuracies. Translations were done using Google Translate with the help of https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2979975489.

Mod Compatibility:
None of the files for this mod replace any of the existing vanilla files. This mod does however require vanilla assets. For example, if the vanilla innovations are removed, then the randomize innovations option will not function properly. I would also recommend using More Game Rules with this mod if you want an even more chaotic playthrough. When testing both mods, I have found that it helps to use the shattered realms option when randomizing territories or changing county faiths and cultures.

Future Plans:
- Finish chaotic event scenes, backgrounds, and flavor text
- Add more chaotic events (hold up he’s cookin)
- Localization for other languages
- Create documentation for and refine existing code
- Compatibility for other mods

@YepThatsMyName I added your suggestion for an event in the mod. Apologies for taking weeks for this update, I put in a lot of events besides the one you suggested as well. I hope you enjoy :)

If I may suggest chaotic events
What about an event where every single court of a duke and higher gains a person named "Gary" with high skills. All the Gary are brothers.
These Gary may or may not intend to overthrow a kingdom and start a massive Empire of Gary.

@Arthur I might be able to randomize the faiths, it may take some time to do it though. You started to make me think about creating a modpack meant to create the most chaotic playthroughs.

If I add this to an already ongoing save game, I understand that the majority of the rules won't apply, but will the chaotic events be active? Or do the chaotic events require prompted activation in the game rules like the other settings do?

Nice concept, I love random stuff. I suppose combining it with random faiths should be really interesting :)

Is it possible to enable chaotic events without doing all the other stuff?
