You might want to make the description a bit more clear on that front, the current grammar makes it give the wrong impression.
What the description means is that you can interrupt main hotbar item usage with the quick-use items, not that you can do both at the same time.
My guess is because maybe hero's is adding its own hotbar and this mod might be taking precedent over it? I don't work on or make my own mods, so I'm not really sure.
That's odd. All this mod does is add the two extra inventory slots and detour some Player-related methods, so it shouldn't be causing a conflict with HERO's Mod in theory.
For those wondering, it disables the Hero's Cheat Hotbar in both Singleplayer and Multiplayer.
Not sure, but it should still work.
Read the mod description. As for the conflict with HERO's mod, this is the first I'm hearing of it.
